چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peringkat sukuk perusahaan Indonesia dan mencoba mengetahui determinan mana yang memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan. Kerangka tersebut membangun hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, pertumbuhan status penjaminan sukuk, jenis dengan dari perspektif Agency Theory. Studi menemukan bahwa hanya tiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rating.
